| Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gabriel A. Fuentes: This matter having been referred to the magistrate judge for discovery supervision and settlement (doc. #10 ), and the Court having reviewed the most recent status report (doc. #8 ) proposing a discovery schedule, the Court adopts the parties' proposed schedule calling for Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures to be served by no later than 9/30/21. No expert discovery is anticipated. The Court will require written discovery requests to be served by no later than 10/14/21. Fact discovery will close on 2/11/22. The parties are directed to review the Court's Standing Order for Civil Cases Before Magistrate Judge Fuentes and the Top Ten Ways to Defeat Settlement, both available on the Court's website. If the parties reach an agreement to pursue a settlement conference before the magistrate judge, counsel should notify the courtroom deputy, Jenny Jauregui, at 312-818-6514 to initiate the arrangements for the settlement conference.
