| Filing 12 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Telephone status hearing held on 8/24/21. Defense counsel anticipates that she will be representing the individual defendants. Defense counsel expects to file an answer on behalf of Defendant City of Chicago, as well as a motion to dismiss certain counts, by 9/13/21. The Court adopts the parties proposed discovery schedule as follows: initial disclosures shall be made by 10/13/21; fact discovery (including discovery regarding treating physicians) shall be completed by 4/29/22; and dispositive motions shall be filed by 5/31/22.
