August 13, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's applications for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) submitted in the above captioned cases ( #4 in Case No. 1:21-cv-3904 and #3 in Case No. 1:21-cv-3988) are denied without prejudice. Plaintiff must either submit renewed IFP applications in each case, or pay the statutory $402 filing fee for each lawsuit. If plaintiff does not comply by September 17, 2021, the court will summarily dismiss these cases. By the same date, plaintiff must send a notice to the court providing his current mailing address. If he fails to comply, these cases will be subject to dismissal. The Clerk is directed to (1) remove the inmate ID number from plaintiff's address in 1:21-cv-3988, (2) email a copy of this order to plaintiff's email address, and (3) mail this order and a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for non-incarcerated persons to plaintiff at both the California and Florida addresses that plaintiff provided.
