That said, given their assertion that the plaintiffs' claims must be arbitrated, the defendants should move to compel arbitration before the parties and the Court expend significant time and resources in this litigation. See Brickstructures, Inc. v. Coaster Dynamix, Inc., 952 F.3d 887, 892 (7th Cir. 2020); Cabinetree of Wis., Inc. v. Kraftmaid Cabinetry, Inc., 50 F.3d 388, 391 (7th Cir. 1995) ("Selection of a forum in which to resolve a legal dispute should be made at the earliest possible opportunity in order to economize on the resources, both public and private, consumed in dispute resolution."). Therefore, any motion to compel arbitration the defendants wish to file must be filed by 10/28/2021. If the defendants file such a motion, the plaintiffs will have 15 days after the motion is filed to respond, and the defendants will have 10 days after any response is filed to file a reply.
