It appears that plaintiff intended the Western Division. It appears from the civil cover sheet and the complaint that a substantial portion of the events giving rise to this case occurred in plaintiff's county of residence, DeKalb County. DeKalb County falls within the Western Division. See 28 U.S.C. 93(a)(2). "It is well established that a district court has the authority to sua sponte transfer a case under 28 U.S.C. 1404."
