| Filing 10 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:Defendant shall file a responsive pleading or motion by 11/1/2021. Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures shall be served by 11/8/2021. Initial written discovery requests shall be served by 11/22/2021. Deadline for serving written discovery requests is 2/28/2022. Fact discovery shall close 6/1/2022. Motions to amend the pleadings or add new parties shall be filed by 11/8/2021. A schedule for expert discovery and dispositive motions will be set at a later date. The status hearing set for 10/14/2021 #7 is stricken and re-set for 12/14/2021 at 9:00 a.m. By 12/7/2021, the parties shall file a joint status report addressing: (1) the discovery they have completed; (2) the discovery that remains to be taken; (3) any foreseeable obstacles to meeting the deadlines set forth in this order; (4) whether all parties would like a settlement conference with the Magistrate Judge; and (5) whether there is a need for the 12/14/2021 status hearing.
