| Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: On review of the status report, R. 10, the Plaintiff is trying to complete abode service on Defendant Sanchez, and the answer deadline of 10/28/2021 as to LRX, LLC, has just expired. The Plaintiff shall promptly seek default as to LRX, LLC. As to Defendants James Richardson and Defendant Brandy Holmes, neither timely filed an answer. So the motions #8 #9 for default as to those Defendants is granted. Given that those two are the plaintiffs in the underlying personal-injury case, it does not seem like there is any reason not to enter a Rule 54(b) partial judgment declaring no coverage. The Plaintiff shall promptly file a motion to enter partial judgment if appropriate. The tracking status hearing of 11/05/2021 is reset to 12/10/2021 at 8:30 a.m., but to track the case only (no appearance is required, the case will not be called).
