| Filing 26 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey Cole: Judge Alonso has referred the case here for discovery supervision, and settlement conference. #24 and #25 . Per Judge Alonso's Order #24 , fact discovery (including depositions) is to be completed by 7/24/22. Local Rule 16.1 states in part, "discovery must be completed before the discovery closing date. Discovery requested before the discovery closing date, but not scheduled for completion before the discovery closing date, does not comply with this order." The parties are to submit a motion with an agreed upon expert discovery (including depositions) schedule not later than 11/19/21. Counsel should also submit a joint status report every 3 months, signed by counsel, specifically detailing the progress of discovery for the reporting period. Video Status Conference is set for 2/15/22 at 11:00am. Instructions will be emailed to counsel. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
