ORDER: Plaintiff Durell Foster initiated this pro se lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. 1983. The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) #3 without prejudice. Plaintiff must prepay the $402 filing fee. Alternatively, he may: (1) file a renewed IFP application that includes all of the information specified in the "statement" portion of this Order; and (2) submit a memorandum explaining why, given his income, he failed to save funds sufficient to pay the filing fee. If Plaintiff does not comply by December 9, 2021, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 , which represents that he has contacted two lawyers and a law firm, is denied without prejudice, as the Court cannot determine if he received any responses and, in any event, nothing suggests that he is unable to respond to this Order, which calls for basic financial information and explanations regarding matters that are within his knowledge. Plaintiff must promptly update his address each time it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning.
