Filing 10 LETTER from Carl Taylor.(Envelope postmarked 11/9/21) (aee, ) |
Filing 9 ENTERED JUDGMENT. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice(lk, ) |
Filing 8 ORDER: By order dated October 18, 2021, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis without prejudice and ordered Plaintiff to either submit a properly completed application or pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee #7 . At that time, the Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply by November 5, 2021, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff has neither submitted a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis nor paid the Court's filing fee, and the November 5, 2021 deadline has passed. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to terminate all pending motions #4 as moot. Case closed. Signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 11/15/2021. Mailed notice (jh, ) |
MAILED Copy of Order dated 10/18/21 and a blank IFP application to Plaintiff. (aee, ) |
Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff's in forma pauperis (IFP) application #3 is denied without prejudice because it is incomplete. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed further with this case, he must either: (1) submit a renewed IFP application in accordance with this order; or (2) pre-pay the $402 filing fee. Plaintiff is given until November 5, 2021 to comply with this order, and failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. The Clerk is instructed to mail Plaintiff a copy of this order along with a blank IFP application. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address and failure to do so will subject this case to dismissal for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. The Court defers its review of the Complaint #1 and related pleadings #4 until Plaintiff resolves his fee status. Signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 10/18/2021. Mailed notice (aee, ) |
