ORDER: Plaintiff's complaint #1 is stricken for the reasons explained below. Plaintiff's claims are dismissed with prejudice for his failure to disclose that he had "struck out" prior to filing this lawsuit. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Having brought this action, Plaintiff nevertheless remains obligated to pay the full $402 filing fee, 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), as well as all outstanding filing fees owed to this Court. See Sloan v. Lesza, 181 F.3d 857, 859 (7th Cir. 1999). In addition, as prior warnings and even dismissals have been ineffective to deter Plaintiff from filing patently meritless lawsuits without disclosing his prior strikes, this matter is referred to the Executive Committee with a request to consider imposing filing restrictions on Plaintiff. Plaintiff's motions for attorney representation #3 , #4 and any other pending motions are denied as moot. This case is closed, and the Clerk is directed to enter final judgment dismissing this case and to send copies of this order to Plaintiff and to the Court's Executive Committee.
