ORDER: Plaintiff Hisel's in forma pauperis application #3 is denied without prejudice because it is incomplete. If Plaintiff Hisel does not submit a complete renewed IFP application (or alternatively pay the $402 filing fee) by 12/31/2021, he will be summarily dismissed from this case. The Clerk is instructed to mail Plaintiff Hisel a copy of this order along with a blank IFP application for incarcerated persons at his last known address on the docket. The trust fund officers at Plaintiff Hisel's places of incarceration are directed to certify Plaintiff's application, as provided on the form, and provide Plaintiff with the required trust fund account statements. The Clerk is also directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff Fischer. Each Plaintiff must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if their address changes. Failure to do so may result in summary dismissal from this action. The Court defers its initial screening of the Complaint #1 and review of Plaintiff Hisel's motion for attorney representation #4 , until the fee status is resolved. Signed by the Honorable Matthew F.
