These motions pertain to Plaintiff's original complaint, which is no longer the operative complaint because Plaintiff filed an amended complaint on October 29, 2021 [Dkt. No. #26 ]. Riley v. Elkhart Cmty. Sch., 829 F.3d 886, 890 (7th Cir. 2016) ("[A]n amended complaint supersedes any prior complaint, and becomes the operative complaint."); Flannery v. Recording Indus. Ass'n of Am., 354 F.3d 632, 638 n.1 (7th Cir. 2004) ("It is axiomatic that an amended complaint supersedes and original complaint and renders the original complaint void."). If Plaintiff wishes to move for a TRO and to effectuate electronic service of process with respect to its amended complaint, it should file separate motions addressing that pleading.
