ORDER: The habeas corpus petition #1 is denied. Any pending motions are denied as moot. Petitioner remains liable for the five-dollar filing fee in this case. He must either pay the fee by November 24, 2021 or bring a proper in forma pauperis application. Failure to do so may result in barring him from bringing future lawsuits in this District. The Clerk is instructed to: (1) terminate Respondent United States Marshal from the docket; (2) update the docket to reflect that the Respondent is R.A. Heisner, Warden, MCC Chicago; (3) alter the case caption to Kowalski v. Heisner; (4) enter a Rule 58 judgment in favor of Respondent and against Petitioner; and (5) provide a copy of this order to the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall. Petitioner is advised that he is engaging in frivolous litigation. Future efforts to pursue this case will result in the imposition of sanctions. Civil case terminated.
