They have chosen 5/1/22 as the date for completion of what the Joint Status Report calls "oral fact discovery". Although it is not clear from the report, the schedule for oral fact discovery will include depositions as well. Therefore, the date for completion of written discovery and depositions, excluding "medical discovery," will be 5/1/22. The Joint Status report provides that "medical discovery" is to be completed by 8/1/22. We take that term to mean, discovery directed towards doctors, hospitals, nurses, etc., and the proffered date of 8/1/22 for that discovery is adopted.
