Filing 16 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey Cole: Judge Gettleman has referred the case here for discovery supervision, including setting all discovery deadlines, and settlement. #14 and #15 . The Court adopts the discovery schedule prepared in the Joint Status Report #13 . The discovery schedule is as follows: Initial disclosures to be made by 1/7/22; Parties to amend pleadings or add additional parties by 4/29/22; All non-expert fact discovery (including depositions) is to be completed by 9/30/22; Expert witnesses to be disclosed and expert reports to be exchanged - - Plaintiff's Report by 10/14/22; Defendant's Report by 12/2/22; Expert witness discovery to be completed by 1/27/23; All Expert discovery (including depositions) to be completed by 1/27/23; Dispositive Motions to be filed by 2/10/23. Note Local Rule 16.1, which states in part, "discovery must be completed before the discovery closing date. Discovery requested before the discovery closing date, but not scheduled for completion before the discovery closing date, does not comply with this order." Counsel should also submit a joint status report every 2 months, signed by counsel, specifically detailing the progress of discovery for the reporting period. Video Status Conference is set for 2/10/22 at 9:30am. Instructions will be emailed to counsel. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
