ORDER signed by the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman on 12/20/2021: Plaintiff has paid the $402 filing fee, as ordered 8 . Summonses, however, shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. If he wishes to proceed with this case, Plaintiff must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by January 17, 2022, will result in dismissal of this lawsuit. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form, a blank USM-285 form, and instructions along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. ORDER: As ordered, Plaintiff has submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis #6 . Because his application and trust fund statements make an inadequate showing of indigence, Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #6 is denied. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must pay the $402 filing fee. While Plaintiff states in his correspondence #5 that he does not believe the facility where he is being held will allow him to send the funds for payment of the filing fee from his trust fund account, nevertheless he has sufficient access to the funds to pay the fee. Thus, he must work with the trust fund office at the Will County Adult Detention Facility to arrange for payment to be mailed as described in this order. The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order, along with Plaintiff's correspondence #5 to the trust fund account office at the WCADF.
