Filing 4 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #3 because (1) the trust fund statement attached to the application shows that he had $3,053.09 in his account on the date the application was certified, and (2) he received $804.00 in average monthly deposits during the six months immediately preceding his initiation of this lawsuit. In other words, Plaintiff could have submitted payment of the $402.00 filing fee along with his Complaint if he chose to do so. He must prepay the fee if he wants to proceed further. Plaintiff may pay by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. He should mail payment to Clerk, United States District Court, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk. Failure to remit the fee by January 24, 2022, will result in summary dismissal of this case.
