ORDER: By order dated November 23, 2021, the Court directed Plaintiff to either file an application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full $402 filing fee #5 . The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply with the order by December 23, 2021, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff did not respond to the Court's order and his mail has been returned as undeliverable #6 . Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to prosecute his case and failure to comply with the Court's order of November 23, 2021.
