ORDER: The Court previously dismissed the habeas corpus petition for want of subject matter jurisdiction as an unauthorized second or successive petition, 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). #6 , #7 Petitioner now brings three addendums expounding on his claims #8 , #9 , #11 and a purported response to a show cause order from this Court. #13 The Court, however, did not issue a show cause order. Regardless, the dismissal of this case was proper, and Petitioner's recent filings do not change that fact. The Court takes no further action regarding these filings. This case remains closed. ORDER: Petitioner is ordered to pay the $5.00 statutory filing fee by December 29, 2021. Failure to pay the fee by that date may impact Petitioner's ability to bring future lawsuits in this District. This case is dismissed for want of subject matter jurisdiction as an unauthorized second or successive habeas corpus petition, 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability. The Clerk shall: (1) terminate Respondent Rednour from the docket; (2) add Anthony Wills, Warden, Menard Correctional Center, as Respondent; (3) alter the case caption to Blair v.
