| Filing 16 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: The Court adopts in part the parties' proposed schedule, see #15 , and sets case management dates as follows: the parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by 2/11/22, issue written discovery by 3/4/22, amend their pleadings (to add claims, parties, etc.) by 5/13/22, and complete fact discovery by 7/22/22; the parties shall submit an updated status report by 7/1/22 confirming that they are on track to meet the 7/22/22 deadline, confirming that the parties do not require expert discovery, and indicating whether either party will in fact seek summary judgment. The Court appreciates that the parties are not yet ready for a settlement conference but encourages them to exhaust the possibility of settlement before spending time and money briefing dispositive motions. If at any the parties agree that a settlement conference with the assigned Magistrate Judge could be productive, they should call chambers to so advise, and the Court will enter an appropriate referral order.
