Filing 14 ORDER: The Court's order of December 27, 2021, dismissing this case as duplicative of Taylor v. Doe Case No. 21 C 5996 (N.D. Ill.) (Kennelly, J.) is clarified as follows. Because the Court found that Plaintiff's claims of self-harm and lack of adequate mental health treatment at the Cook County Jail are duplicative of those made in the complaint in Case No. 21 C 5996, the Court also provisionally finds, as it did in Case No. 21 C 5996, that Plaintiff has adequately pleaded he is in danger of imminent serious physical injury, as contemplated in the barring order entered by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Taylor v. Miller, et al., App. No. 20-2221 (7th Cir., October 9, 2020); Taylor v. Martin, et al., App. No. 20-2495 (7th Cir., October 9, 2020); Taylor v. Nurse Anita, et al., App. No. 20-2510 (7th Cir., October 9, 2020); and Taylor v. Partt, et al., App. No. 20-2591 (7th Cir., October 9, 2020). The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to Plaintiff and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 1/19/2022. Mailed notice. For this reason, a filing fee will not be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(b), nor will a "strike" be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).1 Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied as moot.
