The Plaintiff has not initiated arbitration. This case is dismissed without prejudice. The Court directs that an arbitration hearing be initiated within 30 days and that the parties report to the Court no later than January 20, 2023 whether the Plaintiff has initiated arbitration. If arbitration has not been initiated prior to that date, the dismissal without prejudice will be converted to a dismissal with prejudice.
