November 3, 2022 Filing 14 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: Plaintiff has submitted a document to the Court entitled "Response by Plaintiff Virgil Milton Robinson to status request" #13 that the Court construes, in part, as an assertion that Plaintiff did not receive the 3/7/22 dismissal order #8 or the 3/8/22 judgment #9 . Plaintiff also seems to suggest that he did not receive the Court's 3/21/22 order #11 , denying his motion to supplement his pleadings #10 . According to the docket in this case, all of the documents Plaintiff indicates he did not receive were sent to him at the address on the docket. They were not returned undeliverable, and the record includes no other indication that the orders were not received by Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Court denies any requested relief; this case remains closed. When Plaintiff sought a status update for this case on 9/27/22 #12 , more than six months after the case was dismissed, the Clerk's office sent Plaintiff docket items 5 through #11 at the address on the docket. The Court directs the Clerk to resend Plaintiff copies of docket items #8 , #9 , and #11 , along with this order. Mailed notice (gel, )

Lesza, 181 F.3d 857, 859 (7th Cir. 1999) (Initiation of suit results in an irrevocable obligation to pay the filing fee and Plaintiff remains obligated to pay all outstanding fees in any suit he has filed in this district); Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 433 (7th Cir. 1997) (noting that once a prisoner files a notice of appeal, "the appellant irrevocably incurs an obligation to pay the fee") (overruled on other grounds by Lee v. Clinton, 209 F.3d 1025 (7th Cir. 2000)). The Court directs the Clerk to enter a final judgment of dismissal. This case is closed, and all pending motions #7 are denied as moot.
