Filing 10 ENTERED JUDGMENT. Mailed notice. (mma, ) |
Filing 9 ORDER: Plaintiff has submitted a complaint alleging an incident of failure to protect him at the Cook County Jail. The Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to establish that he is in imminent danger of physical harm. Because Plaintiff has "struck out" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) and is subject to the barring order entered by the Seventh Circuit on October 9, 2020. Taylor v. Miller, No. 20-2221 (7th Cir. Oct. 9, 2020); Taylor v. Martin, No. 20-2495 (7th Cir. Oct. 9, 2020); Taylor v. Nurse Anita, No. 20-2510 (7th Cir. Oct. 9, 2020); and Taylor v. Partt, No. 20-2591 (7th Cir., Oct. 9, 2020), Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment dismissing this case. This is without prejudice to Plaintiff paying his outstanding filing fees as detailed in the Seventh Circuit's barring order. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied as moot. Civil case terminated. Signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 2/14/2022. Mailed notice. (mma, ) |
