February 14, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 2/14/2022. By order dated January 12, 2022, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis without prejudice and ordered Plaintiff to either submit a properly completed application or pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee #5 . Plaintiff was also ordered to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for inaccurate representations regarding his finances. [Id.] The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply by February 2, 2022, would result in summary dismissal of this case. As of the date of this order, Plaintiff has not submitted a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, paid the Court's filing fee, or responded to the show cause order. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to terminate all pending motions #4 as moot. Case closed. Mailed notice(lk, )
January 12, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice because it is incomplete. If Plaintiff does not comply by February 2, 2022, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The Clerk is instructed to send Plaintiff a blank in forma pauperis application, along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for failure to prosecute. The Court defers its review of Plaintiff's Complaint #1 and related pleadings #4 until Plaintiff resolves his fee status. Signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 1/12/2022.
