SUMMONS Issued as to Defendants Global Icons, LLC, Turtle Wax, Inc. (ak, ) |
Filing 7 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:On the court's own motion, Plaintiff is ordered to show cause in writing by 1/25/2022 why this case should not be dismissed for want of subject matter jurisdiction. Although the complaint premises subject matter jurisdiction under the diversity statute, 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), it does not properly allege the citizenship of Defendant Global Icons, LLC. Co., 951 F.3d 827, 829-30 (7th Cir. 2020); Thomas v. Guardsmark, LLC, 487 F.3d 531, 534 (7th Cir. 2007).)
