ORDER. Signed by the Honorable Manish S. Shah on 1/25/2022: Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction [Docket No. 4] is withdrawn without prejudice to reinstate if the deposit is not made by Hearthside. Without prejudice to any of its defenses in this matter, Defendant Hearthside through its counsel Barnes & Thornburg, shall deposit with the Clerk of Court a bond in the amount of $52,500 via check, by January 26, 2022 during the pendency of this matter. The Clerk of Court is directed to invest the funds into CRIS until further order of the Court. Hearthside shall provide Plaintiff's counsel with confirmation of this deposit.
