ORDER: Upon review of the joint stipulation to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey #10 , as well as the notice of removal #1 , and the answer #9 , the Court concurs in the parties' assessment that transfer to the District of New Jersey pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1404(a) is appropriate in the interests of justice and preservation of the resources of the parties and the judiciary and that all other prerequisites for jurisdiction and venue likely are satisfied in that district. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to transfer this case to the District of New Jersey forthwith and this civil case is terminated in this district. The telephone status conference set for 3/4/2022 in the Northern District of Illinois is stricken.
