Filing 4 ORDER: Although Plaintiff Lisa Freitag initiated this lawsuit on behalf of herself and Roy King by filing a complaint, the Court received only Lisa Freitag's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court grants Plaintiff Lisa Freitag's in forma pauperis application #3 . The filing fee is waived. Summonses, however, shall not issue. The complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to: (1) terminate Roy King as a Plaintiff; (2) amend the docket to reflect that Lisa Freitag is the sole Plaintiff; (3) turn off future notices to the terminated Plaintiff; (4) send Lisa Freitag a blank amended complaint form, a blank USM-285 form, and a copy of this order; and (5) send Roy King a copy of this order. By May 9, 2022, Lisa Freitag must submit an amended complaint, any failure to do so by that deadline will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Signed by the Honorable Robert M.
