April 8, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 17 ORDER: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #9 is granted as his financial affidavit makes a satisfactory showing of indigence. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #10 is denied without prejudice to renewing at a later stage of the litigation. At this early stage, Plaintiff, who states that he is a college graduate, appears capable of handling this litigation. Defendant's motion to quash all subpoenas in advance of the Rule 26 conference #15 is granted. No discovery will take place in this case until the Court reviews a responsive pleading by Defendant, especially in view of the prior litigation in Case No. 19-cv-3128.
