ORDER: The court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 without prejudice and denies his motion for an extension of time to provide certified trust fund information #7 as unnecessary. Plaintiff must prepay the $402 filing fee (which he may intend to do, see #10 ) or file a properly supported amended in forma pauperis application and a memorandum, as specified in the "Statement" section of this order. If Plaintiff does not comply by May 2, 2022, the court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #6 is denied without prejudice as contacting his criminal defense lawyer about this case does not amount to a reasonable effort to locate his own attorney, see Eagan v. Dempsey, 987 F.3d 667 (7th Cir. 2021), and in any event, nothing suggests that he cannot address his fee status on his own. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning.
