ORDER: Plaintiff paid the $402 filing fee 5 associated with this lawsuit. Summonses, however, shall not issue at this time. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice. If he wishes to proceed with this case, Plaintiff must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by May 30, 2022 will result in entry of judgment against Plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #3 is denied without prejudice, as this case is in its early stages, and Plaintiff appears capable of submitting an amended complaint in accordance with the specific guidance set forth in this order.
