Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff's renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #6 is taken under advisement. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this action, he must: (1) explain in writing why he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis; and, (2) submit a certified trust fund statement showing activity in his account from April 13, 2022 (the date of the last transaction included in the current application), to the date he responds to this order. Alternatively, he may pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee; payment may be made by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Failure to comply with this order by June 9, 2022, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff also is advised that he must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. If Plaintiff fails to keep the Court informed of his address, this action will be subject to dismissal for failure to comply with a Court order and for failure to prosecute.
