Filing 3 ORDER: Will County detainee Melvin L. Wilson, Jr. initiated this lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. 1983 concerning mail at the Will County Adult Detention Facility, but he did not pay the Court's filing fee or apply for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he has until April 18, 2022, to either (1) prepay the $402.00 filing fee; or (2) submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the enclosed form along with a copy of his trust fund account statement showing all transactions to his custodial account or accounts for the six-month period immediately preceding his initiation of this lawsuit (from September 10, 2021 to March 10, 2022). If Plaintiff was detained at more than one facility during that time, he must obtain a certified trust fund account statement reflecting transactions in his accounts from each facility. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this case.
