To proceed with a lawsuit challenging his pending criminal prosecution, plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee and file an amended complaint naming proper defendants and stating a federal claim for relief. Any such claim will likely be stayed under Younger v. Harris. If plaintiff does not comply by May 4, 2022, this case will be summarily dismissed without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee.
