The complaint premises jurisdiction under the diversity statute, 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), but it does not properly allege the citizenship of any party. (To properly allege the citizenship of an LLC, the party invoking federal jurisdiction must identify all members of the LLC and the citizenship of each member. See West v. Louisville Gas & Elec.
