June 9, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 as duplicative of the complaint in Anderson v. Dart., No. 22 C 1831 (N.D. Ill.). This case is administratively closed. Because the Court is administratively closing this case, a filing fee will not be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(b), nor will a "strike" be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied as moot. Plaintiff is warned, however, that future duplicative lawsuits may be assessed filing fees and dismissed as frivolous or malicious under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff has contacted the Court to notify it that he has been released from custody and wishes to communicate with the Court via email. The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to Plaintiff via the email address he provided: Alloffalloff1@gmail.com. Plaintiff should be aware that the Clerk's Office also is temporarily accepting emailed documents from pro se parties. If Plaintiff chooses to proceed this way, he must comply with the following requirements: (1) the filing must be in PDF format; (2) the filing must be signed s/ (Plaintiff's name) or bear a handwritten signature; (3) the email must be sent to Temporary_E-filing@ilnd.uscourts.gov; (4) the email must include Plaintiff's name, address, and phone number; and (5) the subject line must read "Pro Se Filing (Case No. 22 C 1981). Emails that do not comply with these requirements will not be considered a proper filing. All filings must be made through the Clerk's Office.
