May 31, 2022 Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John F. Kness: Telephonic status hearing held on 5/31/2022. Plaintiff's counsel informed the Court that Plaintiff intends to file a voluntary dismissal this matter in short order. A continued status hearing is set for 6/9/2022 at 9:40 AM. If a voluntary dismissal is filed before 6/9/2022, the Court will strike the hearing and terminate the case.
