Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied for lack of a sufficient showing of indigence. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, no later than July 25, 2022, he must either (1) pre-pay the entire $402 filing fee or (2) make an initial payment of $202 and include a written plan for paying the balance by the end of 2022 (i.e., an agreement to make further $100 payments by October 31, and December 31, 2022). Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers its review of the complaint #1 and Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 until Plaintiff resolves his fee status. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. Signed by the Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr on 6/22/2022. Mailed notice. (kl, ) |
