May 3, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER: Pro se Plaintiff Jesse C. Young initiated this lawsuit purportedly pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). However, Plaintiff did not pay the Court's filing fee or apply for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he has until June 2, 2022, to either (1) prepay the $402.00 filing fee; or (2) submit an application to proceed IFP on the enclosed form along with a copy of his trust fund account statement showing all transactions in his account for the six-month period immediately preceding his initiation of this lawsuit (or, from October 26, 2021 to April 26, 2022). Failure to comply with this order will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed IFP and a copy of this order.
