April 27, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff Alaxstair Reed initiated this civil rights action pro se under 42 U.S.C 1983. Yet the complaint he filed in this case is identical, but for three one-page exhibits, to his case Reed v. Dart, et al., Case No. 22 C 1875 (N.D. Ill.) (filed 4/11/2022; initial review of complaint pending resolution of fee status). The Court directs the Clerk of Court to administratively close this duplicative case. No filing fee shall be assessed, nor will a "strike" be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). All pending motions in this case #3 #4 are denied as moot. Civil case closed.
