Filing 5 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 . If Plaintiff does not prepay the full $402 filing fee by July 1, 2022, this case will be summarily dismissed. The Court denies Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 without prejudice as he must show that he has made a reasonable effort to obtain his own counsel before the Court will consider a request to recruit counsel for him. Contacting a single attorney does not satisfy this requirement and in any event, nothing suggests he is unable to make arrangements to prepay the fee. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. Signed by the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr on 6/2/2022: Mailed notice(daj, ) |
