June 2, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 is granted. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration is authorized to deduct $31.20 from Plaintiff's account as the initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making de ductions in accordance with this order as set forth below. The Court directs the Clerk to: (1) send a copy of this order of the facility having custody of Plaintiff and to the Court's Fiscal Department. Summonses will not issue at this time, as Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim. If he seeks to proceed with this lawsuit, by July 1, 2022, Plaintiff shall submit: (1) an amended complaint on the Court's required form and (2) a separate completed USM-285 (Marshals service) form for each Defendant named in the amended complaint, without which they cannot be served. Failure to submit the foregoing items by that date will result in dismissal of this case.
