| Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: Based upon the representations in the parties 7/7/22 status report #8 , the Court hereby grants Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint naming only CME Group as a Defendant by 7/22/22. CME shall respond to the complaint by 8/12/22. The parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by 8/26/22, issue written discovery by 9/9/22, and complete fact discovery by 12/30/22. The parties shall file an updated status report by 12/1/22 confirming that they are on track to meet the 12/30/22 discovery deadline, confirming that they do not require expert discovery, and indicating whether either side will in fact seek summary judgment. In their 7/7/22 status report, Plaintiff requests a settlement conference and Defendant indicates that it would like to engage in discovery before participating in any settlement conference.
