First, on or before 7/7/22, Defendant is required to file a jurisdictional supplement on the docket addressing plaintiff's citizenship. Under Seventh Circuit law, Defendant is required to identify the members of the LLC and their respective citizenships. See e.g. Thomas v. Guardsmark, LLC, 487 F.3d 531 (7th Cir. 2007). If Defendant fails to file the jurisdictional supplement as directed, the case may be sua sponte remanded. Next, the court adopts the parties' proposed discovery schedule as follows: Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures to be exchanged by 7/16/22; Parties shall issue the first set of written discovery requests by 8/16/22; fact discovery to close on 2/16/23.
