ORDER: Plaintiff initiated this lawsuit on May 31, 2022 #1 . Since that time, the Clerk of Court has mailed certain notices and instructions to him, and all have been returned to the Court as undeliverable, #5 #6 . Plaintiff has provided no forwarding address information; nor has he updated his address information as required. Before the Court proceeds to review Plaintiff's case materials to determine whether he may proceed in forma pauperis and whether he has stated a plausible claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A, Plaintiff must contact the Court to confirm his interest in pursuing this litigation and update his address information. If Plaintiff fails to comply by August 10, 2022, this case will be dismissed. The Court directs the Clerk to forward this order to the address on the docket (the last known address for Plaintiff).
