June 13, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. Plaintiff must either submit a properly supported renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis or prepay the full statutory $402 filing fee. If he does not comply by July 22, 2022, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. If he complies, his complaint will not necessarily proceed to initial review as the Court will then require him to show cause why this case should not be dismissed based on his failure to disclose Virgil v. Barnes, 19 C 8524 (N.D. Ill.) and Virgil v. Cook County Sheriff's Office, 19 C 7884 (N.D. Ill.), given that, according to the docket, he has $402.00 in outstanding filing fees for each case. The trust fund officer is directed to update Plaintiff's records to include Cases No. 19 C 8524 and 19 C 7884 and should commence monthly deductions, as specified in this order, until the fees are paid in full. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Clerk is directed to: (1) send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis, along with a copy of this order; and (2) send a copy of this order to the Cook County Jail's trust fund officer.
