ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 , waives the initial partial filing fee, and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to make monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration and the Court's fiscal department. However, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 without prejudice because it does not state a viable federal claim. In an abundance of caution, the Court will give Plaintiff until September 9, 2022, to submit an amended complaint, if he can do so in accordance with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by the aforementioned date will result in dismissal of this lawsuit. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form, along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice.
