So the Court reads the filing as an unspoken motion for an extension of time, which is granted. As proposed, the response to the complaint is due by September 19, 2022. The complaint named Sony Corporation of America as a defendant. The filing says that that name is improper, and that that entity should be replaced with Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC. By August 12, 2022, the parties must file a statement and confirm whether all parties consent to the proposed substitution. The parties attached a "Filer's Attestation of Concurrence." (Dckt. No. #7 ) In this district, that's not a thing. The parties also attached a certificate of service.
